Hi, I am trying to get access to my delegators seller advertising dashboard. I have checked the delegator's permissions page for my account but there is no option to give me access to the advertising dashboard. While in my account I try to access thru the url https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktg/pl but it says access denied.
Is there any additional step or setting to set up in order to delegate the access to this dashboard on my account?

Hi @ni_ramir. You will want to get in touch with the account owner so they can set up that access.

You can choose to grant any of the following selling permissions:

- Publish and revise listings
- View orders
- Download order report
- Add shipping tracking

- Manage refunds, requests and disputes
- Create and manage promotions, buyer groups
"Create and manage promotions, buyer groups" covers promotions like order discounts, sales, coupons, volume discounts. But are promoted listings ads included? I don't see any reference to ads or the advertising dashboard or promoted listings.
I don't know if authorized users can access the advertising dashboard @ni_ramir , but if they can then the account owner would be able to give you access through this page:
