Item still at the ebay international hub and customer wants refund

Item was shipped and arrived at the ebay international hub in Glendale IL. Tracking shows it never left and my customer wants a refund. Ebay has the item still at the hub. what do I do?

Items listed under £10

EBay says that items under £10 do not have to go through simple delivery option but there is no way to opt out when listing item at say £5. It is llisted in there rules for using Simple Delivery that you can opt out

Just because there are a bunch of them listed doesn't mean I won't get violation. i'm not even sure what it does, but I know it looks like it's supposed to be attached to a gun. It could be for hunting
