Hi I have to start again from scratch on a new account as i cannot change my registration country with managed payments. I had a a great seller account and TRS with almost 5K feedback. Anyways in my new account i am trying to change the URL however its not letting me as i had used it on my other account. Is there a way to have eBay delete this for me ? When i try to change it says i cannot use another users name. But that user is me, i am sure this can be deleted as i have closed the store on the old account just dont know who or where to contact.
Please help, i have so much social media pointing to the same url, the new account wants sales before limitations ease but how to get sales when my listings are not indexing fast enough and not showing up.
