Cant get anybody on the phone or even to message to

Is it really the case that Ebay has literally no customer service?!  I have tried multiple times to contact them but now I have to.  They sent me a message saying I need to update my account info.  It never really updates and they say, "better get it done soon or there will be penalties and oh, by the way, we have frozen your payments until you fix the account stuff".  I think it was the EIN?  I am a single operating LLC and I do not need an EIN.  I put in my UBI evidently, when I filled the account out.  If I could speak to someone, I would tell them, "Single operating LLCs do not need EINs because we will never have employees.  Its very clear on the IRS website."  But, I decided to just open up an EIN.  That is pretty sad that I have to do something I don't think the IRS prefers, to check off ebays boxes.  Anyways, enough complaining, but is there really no way to speak with someone?  Is there really no way to email someone?!  Is there really no way to message someone?!  I find this so amazing that a company could function without ever answering a question, other than some automated question answering scenario that never answers your question.  I am a bit nervous about it because I belong to Facebook groups where a number of people say, "I had to leave my ebay business because there was no way to fix problems and they just got rid of me".  I am not talking about anything scandalous, just admin stuff.  If anybody could help, I would appreciate it.  IS THERE REALLY NO WAY TO CONTACT A PERSON AT EBAY?!?!!??

Welcome to paying more with managed payments run by ebay. The only way you can contact ebay is via the live chat or set up a callback as they no longer allow people to call in because of covid.

Go to the help page associated with your problem. The Managed Payments help page has a callback button.

In general, however, every other help page has a link to robochat. Within robochat, type "agent" or scroll all the way down in chat (or open more options at the bottom) until you see the "agent" option. Then request a callback or human chat when those agent options appear.

Thank you so much.  I finally got through but went through hell just trying to update my business info.  The people that are from India are extremely nice but they are just kicking the can down the road.  I kept going into a wait 3 days and then get the same message about the account being suspended.  Every single time the people from India would tell me, "its fixed, 100% its fixed now".  I finally got someone from the US and found they were not even working on a problem that existed.  The girl I finally spoke to was great and figured it out in minutes.
