Cannot send Buyer Feedback

A Buyer's Positive Feedback was directed to the section for Seller's Feedback.  It will not allow me to delete the Buyer's Feedback.  Therefore, I cannot send Seller Feedback to my buyers.  How do I get eBay to correct this situation?

Hard to understand that.  Feedback has to be attached to a purchase or a sale.

Which item of your FB are you referring to?

If you're referring to that pre-filled in feedback  that looks like it comes from a buyer...just start typing in your own, it'll go away

eBay is aware of the problem.

The sample wording in the text box is known as "placeholder text." It can't be copied or highlighted because it is not really there "in the box". Instead, it should disappear as soon as you start typing your own text.
