This appears to be intermittent, as some have come back saying it works again. The majority of members don't seem to be experiencing this issue either @servusplus, or I would've most likely found an open ticket.
As for why I'm asking for recent examples/info, the tech team wants to be able to recreate issues where possible. I was under the assumption that you saw an attachment in the message, maybe even a thumbnail, but when you try to enlarge it, that's where you run into issues. That is why I asked for screen shots and URL's for the message itself, and then whatever happens when you try to enlarge/open the attachment.
In the end, if I open a new ticket without that info, they're going to come back asking for it, tell me they can't recreate it, etc.
