Since Monday Jult 27th I have been unable to load items onto my store account using the Ebay App on my Android phone. The problem is with the Delivery portion of the listing program. When you click on Choose a Delivery Service the App takes you to a new screen that looks similar to what it look like on Sunday July 26 but the screen is frozen. You cannot make any selections except for Media Mail. Which would be okay as I sell books but its not okay because even when I select Media Mail the screen reverts back to the original screen and it becomes frozen again.
I contacted Ebay on Mon July 27 via Chat and then by phone. Was told a ticket was being put into tech support. Told to wait 24-48 hours. Tried again on Wednesday July 29. Same problem. Reached out again using phone. Another ticket was placed to Tech support. Waited another 48 hours and still the problem exist. Reached out again first on Chat for an hour and then by phone. I finally have a ticket number though not sure what could it will do.
As of today Saturday Aug 1 it is still unresolved.
Anybody else having this problem?
