Cannot Use MANAGE MY STORE to edit my storefront logo which IT has re-sized to be unrecognizable!!!

I have called Customer Service over six times since January, 2018 regarding this problem!  The "Manage My Store" function does not work and I cannot edit the colors/logo/background on my storefront!!!  Customer Service always says there is a "glitch" - this has been going on FOR OVER SIX MONTHS!!!  I am a LONG TIME SELLER and eBay simply cannot resolve the issue.  Useless promises from Customer Service to have a "Supervisor" call me back with suggestions.  Ha!  Is anyone else having this problem?  Please advise.

You are in the new storefront and there are only three things that you can change right now: The billboard logo across your store header, the logo icon below to the left of the billboard, and your store description.  The elements that you can change would be very similar to what you can change on your profile page:

I realize this does not address your inability to change the images through "manage my store."  Let's ask @dollybeauty, who currently has the new store format, if they have found any workaround to the problem or whether editing is similar to profile editing.

eBay will be bringing out more store features in the Aug/Sept time frame and it may be possible they are putting off current store issues until the release of the new store features.

I can not add more than Shipscript mentioned. We are all waiting for more features! Hoping the Fall Seller Update will allow more flexibility with the new store format.
