Can't figure out the template builder in Inkfrog Open

Have used Inkfrog for years with no problems. Now have to switch to Inkfrog Open and can't figure out the template builder. Watched the You Tube video on it which is not a clear feed and the part at the end where you make a box for shipping I could not see at all. (was on my ipad). Also when I did click on one and try to go through the instructions and save it, The photos of the tops and all the writing were still there. I am afraid I will have to leave inkfrog, but what happens to all my photos and listings? Hope someone can help. I am not good with computers.

I'm sorry to say that eBay is not an owner or support team for InkFrog. I can see how something can be troublesome when the tool that you have been using for years has changed.

I would recommend that you reach out to Inkfrog, Inc. for support or answers to your questions. This would help get you the proper information regarding your questions much faster in case anyone on the Community boards doesn't have information for you.

It appears that InkFrog Open (Applications) only has email support. You can send your queries to support@inkfrog.com.

This should point you in the right direction on proper support.
