Can't edit volume pricing via bulk editor, keep getting error message.

Hi, I am unable to make any edits to volume pricing in our listings using the bulk editor. When I try to submit volume price edits it tries to submit them and then gives me the error - "The volume discount create or update failed for (x number of) listings". Is anyone else getting this error or have any thoughts on why I might be getting it. I did call and open a ticket up on it this morning. Thanks.

I also wanted to add I am seeing this bulk edit volume price update failure in several accounts now so it doesn't appear to be account specific. In fact I just spoke with an Ebay CS person and they also verified the problem in their own account so this is definitely a system problem. It's very frustrating, basically I am unable to turn off my volume price discounts without manually going thru them one by one which would take hours. I've also looked at Marketing promotions and their is no way that I can see to either turn them off or delete them in bulk.
