I am needing some guidance on how to handle a situation. I had an auction listed, the buyer that won the auction did not pay the first go around. I sent this buyer a repeat invoice and a message with no response from the buyer. I mean I did not hear a word from this person. I cancelled the order after 5 days and reported the buyer. I relisted the item and now I have noticed that this same buyer has bid on the item again. I looked at the buyer's profile and it shows they have 1 feedback. The kicker to this is that the buyer is not getting it at a cheaper price than before. What are y'alls suggestions on how I should handle this or what do I do? I have never come across this in the past.
