Bulk editing prices on listings without touching quantity

Hi all,

I'm looking for the best way to upload bulk changes to listing prices.

I am aware of the report to edit prices and quantities, but am concerned that if I code up an automated job, I will be creating inventory variances for any sales that complete while the prices are being updated in the template, and while the template is being uploaded.

Is there a way to use this template where I do not prescribe a change to my inventory number, or an alternative solution that would also work for thousands of listings?

For my own reference, noting here I could schedule time away for one hour every week to lock down inventory numbers while a repricing job runs

Price changes are done by going to Seller Hub

"All Selling"- Click 'active listings'

Check the top left box and then "Edit" (drop down- click ALL listings)

When in screen, drop down you can change price (if all are the same ie. $10 increase or 5% decrease, but they can NOT be all different amounts)
