Bulk Listing Tool - Not Storing Condition or Policies

Recently started using the Seller Bulk upload template (from Seller's Hub) and have run in to a few snags. I'm unable to set item conditions (I've tried words, as the example shows "NEW", and the numerical values, i.e. 2000) and nothing works. Additionally I've added fields for policies and I can't get anything to populate. Everything with the exception of the description, price and title must be manually entered in the draft per listing. Kind of defeats the purpose of the shortcut tool.

I've reached out to eBay and have been told a few times that the condition ID field is a known issue. I find this hard to believe. It seems like a last resort response when they don't know how to fix my issue.  I've got a few hundred items to list and it would be great to just do the bulk of it via a functioning spreadsheet bulk upload tool. Has anyone gotten these features to work recently?

I'm using the newest draft creation template.

Bulk Listing Tool - Not Storing Condition or Policies

Hi, did you ever get this working? I am having the same issue today Jan 2025. Condition ID, Shipping, Return, and Payment Policy, and many other fields; are all not working on template bulk listing upload.

I also have been having the same problem and all the old posts I find talking about how to properly use the uploader don't seem to be fixing it. Which leaves me thinking I am either doing something wrong that is having a big impact on the upload or something is wrong with the uploader.

Two new posts about this above tools_apps_team@ebay . Any advice you can offer?

If you're using the Drafts template in Seller Hub Reports, you would enter the name of the Condition:

NEW
USED
GOOD
ACCEPTABLE

The Drafts template has a limited number of fields that are available. For example, there are not fields for shipping, returns, or variations. The only fields I've been able to successfully add to the Drafts template are Item Specifics, for example:

C:Colour
C:Size
C:Manufacturer Part Number
etc.

If you do add additional columns for Item Specifics, be sure to not include as asterisk (*) in the header.

If you're using the template for creating new listings, you would enter the condition code (such as 1000).
