I’ve been trying to post an item to sell for the past 2 days but as soon as I select “New with Tags”, the next page either has a blank page (if done on the website - desktop or mobile) or an error that there’s no internet connection (if done from the iOS app). I have cleared the cache on my browsers (Firefox and Chrome on the desktop and Safari on iOS) and have reinstalled the iOS app. Help please!

My guess is that you are hitting your selling limit and or eBay wants you to verify your personal information. You are an infrequent seller. No crime, but eBay may want to be sure your account has not been taken over/hacked by another.
Unfortuntely, both instances above require contact with eBay. I would recommend the social method...
You can call eBay or contact them on Facebook.com/eBay or Twitter.com/AskeBay
For the social sites...Give only your userid and a description of the issue. Do not include any personal info. eBay will contact you though your email address or tell you how to contact them directly.

Update: it started working on the 20th. I called ebay but they did not find anything on my seller account that would restrict me from posting. My guess though is there was an update on their end because when I tried it on the 20th, the page (from the website) looks different.
