Ecomdash has been a dissapointment. We have downloaded all of our ebay listings to ecomdash however when we wanted to change any information and revise the listing throught ecomdash, it resulted an error.
In ebays interface, you can input over 65 characters under interchange part number. Ecomdash pulls this information from ebay however when I am about to revise the same listing through ecomdash it fails to revise due to character limit of 65.
I have contacted them countless time about this issue and they are telling me to edit over 1000 listing one by one to get rid of this issue.
if you are listing in ebay motor beware of this issue with ecomdash. Customer support did not resolve this issue at all.
