Being Charged for Terapeak on the Sly?

While settling my paperwork for the month I  noticed in Account Summery>Fees  That I have been being charged $19.00 fee for the Terapeak Subscription that should be included with my basic store... Looking back I have received this fee for the last 4 months and it has been being posted on the last day on the month at the same time as my store fee, just before everything rolls over for the next month.  I have called eBay and was told by the rep the issue would be reviewed and I would receive a call back, that has yet to come.  I have already checked Manage Subscriptions, and it says Terapeak Research is included with my store, and from what I see the charges do not show up anywhere on the invoice, nor is their a credit to offset the amount.... Any thoughts?

I have noticed the exact same thing and came to the community forums to find an answer.  Why is this charge on my invoice if it is supposed to be included for free.  There is no other line item offsetting (or reversing) this fee.

I came across this post because I am having the same issue. Calling them on Monday and will update with my findings. Not cool!

OK, after some sleuthing, I discovered that the subscription fee is issued as a credit under "Credits" in your Account Activity area. It should say, 

Terapeak: Subscription Fee Credit Discount for Store Owners

with the appropriate amount ($19) listed. 

Very obnoxious that we're getting charged in the first place! Hope this helps.

There should be a credit somewhere that shows the same amount being given back. This is something I have seen for quite a while on my eBay statement. You are not being charged for it as it shows an equal credit.
