I am looking for email address to contact eBay, and I cannot find it.
I am not gonna get in line on the phone and waste 30 minutes just to complain about eBay's volume relist software, because it is making consistent errors.
When you want to decrease the price, it has no problem for lower price (<$50) items, however, higher price item creates an error. I set click "edit price," "decrease," "decrease the price by $1.00, but no lower than $0.99" Then guess what? One of my item, military grade sleeping bag's Buy it Now price straight down from $84.99 to $0.99.
Only if I can find item listing history and take a screen shot, I will send it to eBay. One person already purchase the item with this ridiculous price, and now I kinda have to beg to cancel the order. Does eBay really think seller have time to check price of each item when they update in bulk?
