I am trying Auctiva and it still has issues with importing listings but that is another story.
When I reactivated my account, I had to reauthorize my token between Ebay and Auctiva which I did.
The problem I am having is that it shows on Auctiva but when I look on Ebay under site preferences, 3rd party authorizations, it does not show up.
When I relist unsold items on Ebay, they do not move to Auctiva. I have to get Auctiva to run a script and then the move asap.
It is almost as if the token is only one way automatically, from Auctiva to Ebay and from Ebay to Auctiva does not seem to function automatically.
I have called Auctiva and they say it is set up properly and to call Ebay.
I have called Ebay twice, gave them all the information and was told I would be called back twice which of course has not happened.
Any programming experts shed any light on what is going on so it can be fixed.

I am so sorry to hear you are having this issue with the Auctive and eBay. You mentioned that when you look on eBay's site preferences, you do not see Auctiva under 3rd party authorizations. If this is true, then what I recommend you do is clear your cache and cookies and sign out of Auctiva's website/tool. This should force you to sign in again to both Auctiva and eBay. Then go through the steps to authorize Auctiva's tool to function with your eBay account. That should force the connection between the two platforms and get that authorization token from eBay for Auctiva to function with your eBay account.
After that, all should work as intended. I appreciate your post. I hope this helps as we have experienced the same issues with Turbo Lister in the past and this is how I would have handled it with any 3rd party tool. Best of luck and wish you well!

I gave up on Auctiva and Ebay both as Auctiva still can't get images imported for listings not created on Auctiva, there support is all over the place, listings are not moving to Auctiva if listed on Ebay 1st unless I get them to do it if I can get chat.
As far as Ebay I spent a lot of time on 2 phone calls and both said I would get a call back, After the 1st I got an email that they could not reach me and instructions on how to update my phone number. I have had the same number for 15 years.
After another call back to Ebay and going over the same things again, same **bleep** that I will get a call back later that day and nothing.
My open ticket is SR# 1-275235612756
This is the type of support we get and it is pathetic period.

I just tried the token with inkfrog and ebay and it doesn't show on Ebay either but says OK on inkfrog.
Maybe Ebay should quit with their MP and fix all the reported issues so sellers can function!

by reading this board, it appears Ebay is also having issues with Bonanza, Shopify and UPS and who knows what others.
It is a serious issue and Ebay needs to deal with it.
Anything you can do to light a fire under someone to deal with this issue?

Whoever is telling you I am not reachable by phone is a liar.
Try the number yourself.
As far as the issue, Auctiva has apparently dealt with Ebay as the problem is on Ebay's end. Ebay has apparently fixed the problem but it still does not show the 3rd party authorization for Auctiva.
Ebay never admits they have issues and problems and it is getting very tiring.
You and I both know filing a bug ticket or referring it to the appropriate team means nothing gets fixed or done. It has been proven over and over again.
They need to get rid of a lot of staff and replace them with people that can do the work.
