I have many listings on which my main selling strategy is being the cheapest since my margins are large enough that I dont mind lowering them to get there, Other sellers probably have similar margins on the same products and after I list my items as the cheapest I get outdone without even knowing about it. Is there any service that I could use that will alert me if a product that I am selling is the lowest one or not without me having to consistently check them individually?

There are indeed various repricer programs out there that will help sellers race to the bottom. Some are fully automated. There are probably some overrides to prevent going negative.

Keep in mind that if your competitors are using auto repricing and you use auto repricing, you will, indeed, race to the bottom. Sometimes it is better to add and promote better servicing (free shipping and easy returns) and put your margins to work there rather than trying to maintain the "cheapest" status. Another way to undercut the competition is to allow best offer and set your minimum that eBay will auto-accept so that the transaction is not delayed by communications and can go straight to the cart.
