Homepage on mobile Android app says 1 have an item sold/paid ready to be shipped, but this has already been shipped 2 weeks ago and the notification will NOT go away. The item shows as being delivered, feedback is left, the entire transaction is complete, but it is still on my homescreen. If I click to go in, it says you have no items to ship. I have sold other items since then, and subsequent notifications are gone, but there is this one that just will not disappear.
I tried logging out of eBay, clearing cookies & caches & all history, shutting down phone & restarting several times. Even though the notification is not on my pc, I logged out of the site on my pc, cleared all caches, & shut down the pc.
Any ideas?
