Advanced Apps Team IGNORES OUR REQUESTS

Hi guys,
I'm honestly exhausted because everyday I'm trying to increase my File Exchange Limits, but Advanced Apps team ignores all the emails and cannot help via phone as well. An automatic reply says it might take up to 72 hours to hear back from them. IT'S NOT TRUTH.
You know that there is a daily limit and that's why day to day I have to upload just 710 items in 6 variations although I could do it within ONE DAY.
Does anybody have the same problem? Is there any way to reach out to Adv. Apps team?

Is this your selling account? I don't see any selling feedback or current listings. File Exchange can not increase your limits if you still have selling limits. All new sellers have selling limits that must be raised over time by listing and generating sales. It's a stairstep process. File Exchange will not help circumvent those limits.

File Exchange starts out with a limit of 5000 actions per day. That is enough for most startup sellers. The next File Exchange limit is 50,000 actions per day, and very few sellers will need more than that to manage daily listings.

In addition to the limit on daily actions, File Exchange also has file size limits. Each upload file may not exceed 50MB and may not contain more than 150,000 rows.

We see that those asking for higher limits are sometimes wanting to adjust prices on all of their listings many times per day, and that is not an optimal use of File Exchange with it's data queues that may delay revisions by several hours. Instead, those sellers should be using eBay's Trading API, available in the Developer center.

I see that all of you have very low feedback, yet are listing huge numbers of posters in the Home Decor category, and all appeared here at the same time. Are you all related or do you have other related accounts? Have your selling limits been raised? Or are your selling limits on hold, awaiting buildup of feedback or account review?
