Add a surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico in File Exchange

Hi,

Please let me know how to add a surcharge for buyers from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as i tried using the ShippingService-1:ShippingSurcharge and it says that the shipping service does not work with it. Please let me know how to specify an overal surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, which is affected on all shipping services?

@rchobbies4life - Thank you for posting your concerns regarding shipping option that allows Surcharges.

For Flat Rate shipping, there are selected services that would enable surcharge fees for extra that isn't already included in the regular shipping pricing.

USPS services doesn't usually have surcharges.

Here are services that we show in our system that has the ability to state additional surcharges for shipping: *These services are the values you use for File Exchange. There are specific values through File Exchange that can be located in the user guide.*
