Account profile: Icon image and About profile details disappearing since last week 03-13-2025

Hello all

 I noticed on 03-13-2025 my profile icon and About details disappearing, with icon image a blank polaroid photo and my company About detail description blank, on two of my ebay accounts, on multiple browsers, and desktop/tablet/mobile devices.

I would enter back the my company icon image and my company About description details, Save and find the information blank again.

Any help?

I am having this same issue. I am hearing others are too, but I've not heard of any response from eBay.

Anyone?
