Found this while digging in my yard.... is it a meteorite?

It’s about the size of my fist and seems to be metal-like. I was digging to plant a mango tree, and I found this about 15inches deep.

To find out if a rock is a meteorite, look for the rock to be black or rusty brown, which shows that the meteorite has either just fallen or has been on Earthfor some time. Next,determine whether your rock has an irregular shape with rounded edges as this is thetypical shape of meteorites. Also check it to see if it is metallic! Good luck!
