When filing a request for return, most times a pic of the problem is required. The button won't light up so you can click on it to start the return until you attach the pic. It should say something on the screen that a pic is required.

You also have to manually type a comment in the box. If you copy/pasted text then manually type something at the end like adding a space.

Ah wait, the radio button. You're referring to selecting the reason for the return.
The radio button doesn't light up for you, so I assume the 'next' button isn't changing from gray to blue at the bottom, either?
Have you tried a different browser? Or tried the app?

You selected a Buyer Remorse reason, pics aren't required on them. But if the OP is wanting to return it because it is damaged, missing something, wrong item or other wise damaged, they have to have at least one pic on the Return Request.

I used a general screenshot to show the radio buttons. It sounds like the buyer cannot select a reason for the return, therefore they cannot proceed to the next page (where pic upload would be if there was a problem with the item). Buyer did not specify the reason for return.

Then we just took their post differently. I thought it was on the second page. As it is easy to get the button to light up on the first page as all you have to do is select a reason.
So you would be correct, if they aren't selecting a reason, they will need to do that for the button to light up and then fill in the second page and the button to file the request will light up.
