I bought a Ph tester which isnt working correctly. the seller said i can return it but they only send me there address and not a return label. this is what the are sending me.

Did you open a return request or did you just message the seller? If it’s through messages , that’s not how to return items.
You need to go to your purchase history click RETURN THIS ITEM it will either be a blue button or you will find it in the drop down menu marked MORE ACTIONS. Click RETURN THIS ITEM follow the prompts. You should be issued a return label or hear fro the seller within 3 business days. If by the 4th day you don’t get a label you can go back to the return request and ask eBay to step in to help.

I google the address... it a commercial property with many businesses and it doesn't

seem to be listed there.

ebooksdiva is the way I would go.

When the item isn't working correctly @darkprince78347 the seller must pay for return shipping if they want it back. Either way, you are due a full refund including the original shipping.

But if the seller clicked to Accept your return, didn't send a return label, and only provided a return address like this:

Is that what happened, so far?

Open a Return request like @ebooksdiva suggests. That's the proper way to be made whole. The seller will either send a prepaid return shipping label (which you'll use to return for your refund) or may even refund you without requiring a return. Like you were advised, if the seller hasn't done anything after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay.

If you already opened up a return case for item not as described, and seller has not responded, after 4 days go back to case and ask eBay to step in.

yes this is what happened
If you already opened up a return case for item not as described, and seller has not responded, after 4 days go back to case and ask eBay to step in.

The button to "Ask eBay to step foot in it" will never appear, because eBay is only waiting for Mark has shipped. Otherwise, the case will eventually close without a refund.

Instead @darkprince78347 either contact eBay via chat, or leave a PRIVATE message here for eBay, to tell eBay that you did not get a prepaid return label, only an address.
