seller refusing/to accept return, refusing to send refund, ebay not answering me!!

i'm read to pull my hair out.   how th do you get ebay help to contact you by phone??

i've written, and rewritten and resent and sent all te information i don't know how many times.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Why do you think you need to speak with someone at ebay?

Returns are all automated, there is zero need for a human 99% of the time.

i did.  they have sent me HALF of what i paid and refuse to interact anymore.

their Customer Service TOTALLY SUCKS and they and Kaurna-jewels are both liars in fulfilling their obligations!

You asked the seller for a refund and accepted a partial refund?
You didn't ask eBay to step in until you had accepted a partial refund?

This is why many here will be explaining how the Money Back Guarantee works.

Don't blame eBay because you didn't follow the system.

You might have some success with going to your credit card for a chargeback, but accepting the partial refund would still be a problem.

You may also have some success reselling the eBay purchase since you paid half of what  the original seller is offering it at. If not here perhaps on etsy or FaceBook Marketplace?

No I did NOT accept a partial refund!  i kept telling them NO i would not remove negative comments, nor would I accept anything but the full amount be refunded to me.

Kaurna)jewels went to ebay  asking for them to 'review'   all.     I sent Ebay each and every email they had sent to me.

Ebay is as big of a crook as Kaurna Jewels are!  Not once did they ever contact ME!   I am  just disgusted totally over this.

This was YOUR mistake! 

According to what you claim in your feedback, "I acccidentally hit wrong button and ordered 3ct instead of 4ct." 

The seller wasn't even obligated to make any accommodations for you yet they did anyway. 

But the thing is, the seller has a 30-day return policy. If you weren't happy, you should have just returned it. 

You made a way bigger deal than was necessary.
