seller cheating with return shipping cost, how to fight this thing

Hey!

I sent the item back to seller using the provided by ebay's a "USPS Priority Mail Rtn Srv" label but the seller made a refund minus $32 for the return shipping.  What should I do to resolve this?  The listing was "30 day returns. Buyer pays for return shipping"

Hi, it's difficult to help without knowing the size and weight of the item. Regardless, it does seem unusual for the shipping to cost that much (unless you sent the item back in a gigantic box).

the box is 6x6x4in and less than 1 lb weight. I cant even find this high prices on USPS site for any shipping service.
