ebay should follow suit like others like posh and Mecari with 3 days to return this 30 day thing is ridiculous day 29 it could break then seller is out money and item to resell or someone can use it wear the snot out of it and decide  they dont want and return it heavily used I mean come on even stores have 2 weeks and new DVDs they don't refund you can exchange for same thing due to copyrights cause people now a days can make copies and underwear who would want to handle undies someone had on their body that tied on them you don't know if they have an std common sense things should be examined and addressed and changes in policy should be implemented just my opinions on things

As far as Mercari goes buyers can still return things well past 3 days if they paid with PayPal, since PayPal allows 180 days to open a case and buyer pays return shipping. Regardless if someone had an STD or not I don't think underwear should be returnable unless they are in a 100% sealed pack and it's obvious they weren't opened... even still I wouldn't prefer it. Swimsuits will always be returnable so I guess those shouldn't be either... but that will never happen.
