returns with eBay

I purchased the below Item, and once it was received it did not have the personally needed card reader slot like in the photo. I contacted them asap and once it was discussed that it did not have it and i needed it. they asked me to start the return process through the ebay administration network. so I am contacting you, so that this process can begin.

Please let me know what my next step is. the item is still in its original packaging to me.

This is not how to start a return. No one in this public forum can do a return for you. You need to do that yourself.

You need to go to your purchase history and click RETURN THIS ITEM under the drop-down menu that says MORE ACTIONS. Select the reason for return which would be doesn’t match pictures or description. Follow the prompts, you maybe required to upload a picture of the problem. 
If the seller doesn’t respond or send you a return label in 2 days, go back to the return on day 3 to ask eBay to step in.
