You must buy a label to return the item and I would recommend that you upload a copy of this label to your seller and tracking number on the case.

On receipt of your returned item I would expect your seller to issue a refund.

If your seller is overseas then get a quote from your local postal service provider to return the item to your seller and advise him of the amount and advise him your PayPal account details to pay this amount and ask him to send you a message confirming this payment and PayPal's transaction record number.
