i already checked everywhere on the order details, return details, and whatever else can be checked, as well as talking to the seller. seller confirmed that they have already paid for a shipping label and has the tracking number, but i cannot find the label for printing ANYWHERE. ebay support also has been useless because the chatbot does not understand my issue/confuses it for something else, and the ebay support phone number connects me to another robot that does not understand my issue/confuses it for something else.

If the seller has already issued the refund, the case is closed and you won't get a shipping label.

Look in the messages section on your my eBay page. Check your spam email folder too.

If seller does not send a return label after 3 days and the "Ask eBay To Step In" option is not available, you will have to contact eBay. Contact eBay thru Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/
Using the instant messaging and explain that the seller has not provided a return label.
Under NO circumstances do you close the return before getting your refund, REGARDLESS of what the seller might tell you.

as stated in the post, i already looked in ebay messages and in my emails. there is no shipping label to be found, even when clicking on the "print return shipping label" button and hyperlink. seller has sent confirmation/proof of purchase for a shipping label, but nothing can be found on ebay.

as stated in the post, seller already provided proof that they paid for a return label, but i am unable to find it anywhere. i also have already received my refund as confirmed by my paypal history.

What do you see when you click on the "print return shipping label" button @serelistia ? Perhaps you have a browser preference or add-on that's interfering with the label appearing.

clicking on the "print return shipping label" button just takes me to the return details page, with a header saying "You got a refund!" and below it is "Your refund was sent. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be completed.", and below that is the refund summary, refund method, and comment from the seller.
to the right is the product page, order number, return ID, request amount, return reason, seller, date purchased, and a return details button that just opens a pop-up within the page showing me the timeline.
i hope this description can help resolve this issue!

you can’t print a label when the seller already gave you a refund. That’s where he or she messed up at. Therefore you don’t have to send it back. It there lost the case is closed.

Hi @serelistia . As mentioned above, once the seller issues a refund, the return is closed so you can no longer access the return label.
Send a message to the seller. Let them know if they want the item back you're happy to send it if they provide a prepaid label by Monday and if not you will toss, donate, whatever.
Some sellers refund without a return because the cost of return ship is not worth it to them. Other sellers refund prematurely in error, so might as well check with them and give them the chance to work it out if they want the item back.
