When you're unable to print the eBay return label @groovy3130, since you will never see the option to ask eBay to step in and help

leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here with your name and so on and tell eBay you're having some difficulty with the return label.

Issue is on ebay's end. I tried to print 2 return labels yesterday and the screen just loads then times out. I called ebay and they said to just keep trying. Just going to print my own labels and message the sellers with the tracking info.
