I sent the wrong item to a buyer. I sent a return label and mailed the correct item. How do I tell eBay that I don't want to refund the item that was returned as it was an exchange. Thanks for your help.
That depends upon the type of return opened by the buyer. There is a good chance they will be refunded & get to keep the other item. I would have the buyer purchase a second listing & put that shipping into the tracking.
