I'm gonna make an educated guess and say you opened a return with the reason "doesn't fit" - so that begs the question of whether you ordered the correct size, @usina_0, or if your seller shipped the wrong product / advertised a different size in the listing?

The return charge is the cost for shipping label.

It depends on who will pay for return shipping fee, seller or buyer. Maybe you have to pay for the return shipping label.
