I bought a saxophone. It was defective. I tried a return request but it does not process because seller does not accept returns. I contacted seller, and they agree to a return but want it shipped to a different address from where it came. They say they will send me a shipping label. It does not happen.
I try to apply for the EBAY Guarantee and there seems no way to actually ask for help. The pages that refer to0 this only loop back to other pages that refer to it with no way to apply.
Is there a contact number for customer service where I can talk to a human?

There's no contact number but you can request they call you. You are already covered by the money back guarantee so you don't need to apply, a seller cannot reject returns so something seems off and a no returns policy really doesn't mean anything. You just need need to open a item not as described case and wait for a label.

The seller has 3 days to respond from the time you open the return request. They will either issue a refund or provide a label for you to return the item. If not, after 3 days, you can ask eBay to step in. They will issue a refund from the seller's funds.

Did you open an item not as described case? In not, do so now.

Did you try to open a "not as described" return request? If not, go back to the order and do that.

Have you done this?
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

It will not allow me to confirm the return. It says seller does not accept returns. Exactly how do I ask EBAY to intervene? I see no links anywhere to customer service.

It doesn't matter if the seller accepts returns or not, if you file an INAD, it overrules their No Returns.

You are not explaining something properly because that is not how ebay works.
How long ago did the saxophone arrive?

What is the item number?

Then you're choosing the wrong reason for the return.
You have to choose a "not as described" reason.

Have you or have you not gone to your Purchase History, found the item that is not as described and used the drop down menu to locate the appropriate thing and then click on it?
I believe the wording is "item not as described".
From your messages here, forgive me, but I can't figure out what you have done so far.
You have 30 days past the delivery date to open a case, so I hope you are not wasting time doing other things. The seller's "No Returns" stance MAKES NO DIFFERENCE in the case of an item that is not as described.
Please return and tell us exactly what you have done so far and when you did it. If you have had a case open at least 3 days and no seller response, you need to return to the case and ask eBay to step in.
