What you should do is go to the item in the purchase history click “RETURN THIS ITEM” or click more actions drop down menu, select your reason for return, follow the prompts. The seller has 2-3 days to either send you a return label, or issue you a full refund. If you receive a label print out package up the item take it to the PostOffice. Your seller has 2 days from receipt of the return to issue a refund. If the seller doesn’t refund you can go back to the case on day 3 click the link that says “Ask eBay to step in” for your refund.
