Hi - A buyer decided to return a item he purchased, the refund was given but the item has "disappeared". I asked the buyer to view the return label to see the tracking numbers, he claims he cannot. Is there a way for the return file to be viewed again? How can I get E-bay to reopen a case? Thank you.

If you refunded before the label was printed then you gave the buyer both the item and their money.
Once you refunded the case closed, when that happens they can't be reopened.
You should have waited for the item to be returned first before refunding.

Fair enough. The buyer however claims to have printed a return label but then say he cannot open it to see the tracking. Is there a way for the seller to view this return label....if it does exist at all?

Looking at my own returns that have closed I can’t see tracking number or movement of the tracking any longer. That part of the return case is not viewable once a return closes. Sorry.
