I sold an item that should have been removed from my listing. The buyer is happy to accept a refund however, when I'm trying to authorise this, ebay is asking for me to add a card to my account. The buyer paid through ebay rather than paypal yet I can't see the funds in my bank. Why cant the transaction be reversed and why is ebay asking for my bank card?
