I've been lambasted by other posters for not being totally polite sometimes...
It's often hard due to language barriers, education levels, the list goes on. I try to stay objective, to a point.
But when someone needs a question answered, that poster needs to realize that the people to whom the question is being asked need details.
We do not have any way of knowing where to even start helping if we don't have any info to go on.

Some posters do need to be coaxed. A lot of them think by posting here, they are talking to eBay and that we can look at their accounts and figure out what they need.

For sure. That's why I try to stay objective... Not all posters know that we aren't executive suits.
I honestly try to help whenever I can. When posters post asking for help, though...they need to still get their salient points to the floor on the first shot.
Even the suits won't spend ten seconds on a communication that doesn't spell out what the exact problem is.
