refund request

I just sold 20 grams of silver nitrate cement and the buyer wants a refund because it will not dissolve in water?  #1 I never said it would #2 It's impossible to dissolve silver nitrate cement with anything on the planet except HNO3 / Nitric Acid.

The buyer is obviously not playing with a full deck; so to speak, nonetheless should I just go ahead and refund him

refund request

Unfortunately, you virtually don't have a choice. The buyer could say it doesn't taste good or any number of contrived or unconventional reasons, and you'll still be made to refund.

Whether you accept the actual return or not of the product is up to you.

Sorry this happened to you. Why a buyer would purchase something of this dynamic without apparently having the slightest clue of what they were doing is beyond me, so I feel your pain there.
