received incorrect item but can't return it due to guest account suspended by ebay

I placed two orders with guest check out. This is the item link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/275351697662. The items delivered were incorrect in these two orders. The UPC on the box is 885609027371 which doesn't match the website's description 885609013879. However, my ebay guest checkout account was suspended by ebay and I can't return the orders through product detail page. How can I return the order in this case? I used paypal as the payment, shall I contact paypal for help?
