"confirm return" button not highlited.

I am trying to return something that does not match description. The problem is, the confirm button doesn't work.

Greetings, I already had the description of the problem and 10 photos added and the button was not activated, after that I just added "Hello" at the beginning and the button was activated.

Fortunately it seems @soh.maryl another solution (just type "Hello") was found, and not a problem. We should probably suggest that they read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers though, just in case.
