oops something went wrong,please try again later

I kept getting "oops something went wrong,please try again later"when I was trying to arrange a return for refund,told ebay-not interested and buyer got near £200 refund and got to keep item,they robbed me!!!!

I tried to contact ebay but just got messages skirting around the issue regarding"oops something went wrong".

I am not happy with ebay,this has spoilt a long relationship with them.

So @cmrcllctr is this what happened:

- didn't click to accept the return request.

- didn't issue a prepaid return label.

- asked eBay to step in.
