need help means i need help not run me around the site.

i want a return on an item. it says start a return. i did that i select item is defective. the start return dont work and my item was defective. their claiming it was sold as is. that is nowhere on this site. i need a ebay decision.

I am not sure why you can't proceed...

if the item is 'defective' and the listing says it works, then the item is

"Not As Described"...try choosing that option...

follow the procedures for your Money Back Guarantee to apply....

Check the status of your case, and, if necessary, ask eBay to step in:

Hi @67carfreek 

 

Your next step is to ask eBay to step in.  You can do that from your open return request 4 business days after you opened the request.  

This isn’t something you need to contact eBay CS about.   The process is automated.

The return you're looking to start may not continue until you submit an image then you can proceed with the return.
