Hello I am a frequent buyer on eBay. I was refunded my whole amt for the defective pool from Best way.. sad it was a fight. all including eBay knew they were recalled. I am a believer and praying about where to shop where u are a person.. not no. I thank u all for listening I had to apply for pay pay but the money is in cyberspace somewhere.. it was worth the fight.. its still leaking but summer half over in Northern Ny.. it is what it is.. lesson learned about internet buying (:
