The item, meat grinder was mis specified as 2600 watts when the product was actually capable of a wimpy 300 watts. A FRADULENT DECEPTION. I NEED TO RETURN THIS ITEM FOR FULL credit

That's such an easy fix! 

Go to your order page and in the dropdown box, click that you want to return it because it wasn't described or pictured. 

The seller will have to either issue a refund (without return) or will have to pay for and supply a return shipping label for you to attach to the package to send it back. 

Once tracking shows delivery, you will get your full refund.

@albertabrightalberta is correct! Find the order in your Purchase History and look for the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Follow the prompts and submit your claim. Good luck.

You can open an item not as described case with eBay if you are still within 30 days of receipt of this item.
