i got the wrong part and i got my refund posted today but he wants me send it back to china.. USA nothing can be sent out to china  the part came from IL ...he dont want me send to IL ...what to do !!my refund is processing has of today ......should i contact ebay tell them the situation ????

If the seller wants it returned to China they have to pay for return shipping up front. The cheapest cost that proves delivery to China costs over $50. You could tell eBay the seller wants you to return it to them in China but hasn't provided return shipping $ or a shipping label to China. I'm pretty sure eBay will refund you.

If Ebay refunded you, I wouldn't worry to much about it.

If they still want it returned, they can send you the funds to cover the shipping.

1. You were refunded for the item (and original shipping?). The transaction is completed so you have  If  no further responsibility.

2. If the Seller wants the item shipped somewhere advise them to send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can attach it to the original package.  If they want it shipped out of the US tell them to also supply ALL necessary customs forms and documents ... after you send that message wait, do not respond to any other messages from the Seller, just wait for the label & documents (if they send them).

Tell him the part shipped from the US. If he wants the item returned to China or anywhere else to send you the shipping label to do so.

i ask for him to send a shipping label ..he said he cant do that ..for me to take to my post office to see how much shipping would cost but they told me nothing can be ship to china !!! so i told him that ..he said to mail to china lol but it came out  from IL .i told him i can send there but he said no he wont get it and i wont get a refund but i already got the refund today ...if i cant ship to anyone of them ..then what do??  do i  contact ebay??? i got my refund but i still have the part !! what do i do thanks

i already  got a refund from the seller  but still have the part USA cant send to china he said he would refund me to my pay pal ..for shipping but i already got a full refund just i still got the part cant mail to china post office said

i got a full refund from seller ebay not involded but i still got the part.. i cant send to china post office and all goverment ups fedx will not ship anything to china !!!he wont let me send back to IL where it came from so im stuck

You got your money back so I wouldn't worry about it.

If they wanted the item returned, they would have sent you the funds to return it before Ebay refunded you.

International sellers can't send a return shipping label, they are supposed to send the funds to cover the shipping back.

When the seller didn't provide return shipping, Ebay stepped in and refunded you from the sellers account.

1. The seller is trying to bully you into spending money to ship the item back

2. As previously mentioned, you have been refunded, you are done with the transaction

3. Ignore messages from Seller, delete them unread at this point.  If they send you a shipping label use it, if not then move on.

4. Lets repeat item 2 above ... As previously mentioned, you have been refunded, you are done with the transaction

5. Stop communicating with the Seller

You do nothing, the transaction is done. If the seller REALLY wants it sent back to China, and if you are willing, they will figure out how to send you the label and customs form or the money to pay for it. Otherwise, don't sweat it.

No, no , no .  Why should ebay provide a shipping refund here.  If the seller wants the part back , he has to pay for it.  Do you know the cost to ship to China?  Find out and then add a few bucks for the paypal fee and tell the seller.  Let him send you the money for the refund.  DO NOT PAY FOR THIS RETURN OUT OF YOUR POCKET. NO WAY IS EBAY GOING TO REFUND YOU.

If the seller in China is telling you to send it and that he will refund you , for sure he is a bleeping liar.  TELL HIM to paypal you the shipping fee to China first AND THEN you will gladly return the item.  99% of Chinese sellers lie.  They will send you any crap with tracking.   They know that return shipping is expensive.  They do NOT care.  In the future, buy from sellers in the USA.   Even if the part was correct, I bet it would have stopped functioning immediately or perhap "fry" your device.  Years ago, my son bought a charger from a Chinese seller for his MP3 player and the cheap charger messed up his mp3 player.   There are have cases in the news where cheap chinese computer batteries have caused house fires.   There are many counterfeit items too in China.  If the price is dirt cheap, for sure, you are NOT getting a quality product.
