i got the wrong part and i got my refund posted today but he wants me send it back to china.. USA nothing can be sent out to china  the part came from IL ...he dont want me send to IL ...what to do !!my refund is processing has of today ......should i contact ebay tell them the situation ????

I would find out how much it would cost to ship the part to China. Then email him and tell him to forward you $xx.x in US dollars and you will happy to send it to him. Else you will donate or trash it. 

After that I wouldn’t worry about it anymore. Keep it for a month then dispose of how you feel fit.

If the 'refund posted' ... then you are NOT required to return the item per eBay policy.

If the seller wants the item returned ... they will have to send you the money for postage prior to your returning it.  

AND ... a seller cannot ask you to return an item to a different country than was shown in the listing when you purchased it.  That violates policy.

just a car part ...post office they are not aloud to send to china at this time not sure why

he said he would give me the money to send back to my pay pal usa cant sent to china no mail orders to china  not sure why post office said .... but i got the cost to send where it came from IL but he wants me to send to china post office said they cant send out to china at all ..

i already got my refund  but i still got the part ..... its no use to me but not gonna worry about it at all thank you
