I bougth an iphone 6s plus from e-bay  back in 2018 now need to fixed and apple does not fix it because need IMEI number wich i dont have and apple wants to know how sold me the iphone I contact e-bay they did   not provide seller number and adress that apple wants to contact the seller or i send them that information i contact e-bay stell no good response from e-bay $289.00 dollers on this iphone that i can not use it any more that is a shame that apple think that this stolen item i show them recived  from paypal and e-bay it was not enough thy dont acceped without IMEI number recived inclouds [iphone 6s plus coler ] now i am stock with the phone that i no not even use true this difficult time of economy

You could have gone into the setting and written down the IMEI number. You had 3 years to do so, how is this the seller's fault?

Serial number lesson. Write down and keep the following serial numbers in a safe place:

Vehicle VIN/Lic numbers

Firearm Serial Numbers

Phone IMEI

Computer/Laptop Service Tags

other items with important numbers prone to failure or loss or theft

dear I do have serial number  the recived must have IMEI number to be accebteble ,iphone just start having issue seller should give recived with IMEI number this is iphone  has track number from apple

this is an iphone has track number seller must have put IMEI number on the recived on e-bay t hat it shows is who had it before, iphone just broked now need to be fixed and need duccument for apple i do have IEMI number you did not get it

Try contacting your service provider and ask them for it.
